Please note we are currently living between the city and the farm, hence currect extended shipping times for the next few months. Sometimes I just don’t have the right tools on hand!
Australian domestic shipping
All purchases are sent via Australia Post with tracking. Insurance can be requested.
Ready-to-go orders will be sent within 5 business days, with made-to-order purchases sent within 3 weeks. Items may arrive much earlier and if you have any questions or need the item more quickly, please just contact me.
International shipping
All purchases are sent via Australia Post with tracking. Insurance can be requested. We have one standard rate for all destinations.

Returns
Returns are accepted within a month, with the exception of earrings and custom orders, which cannot be returned. There are no exchanges.
In the unlikely event of a problem with your jewellery, I’m happy to work with you to correct it. Please contact me as soon as possible, preferably with a photo so I can ascertain how best to address the issue. Please bear in mind the care instructions and while accidental damage can be repaired, this will be at a small cost.
