Banjo Frog Victorian Sterling Silver, Brass and Copper Pendant
Have you ever heard the banjo band of the Pobblebonks? It’s amazing! I heard the plonk of banjo strings down by our dam after some particularly wet weather and wondered where on earth the music came from. That’s when I found out about banjo frogs. They’re a native Australian frog who like to hang around dams and play music in the rain.
The design is inspired both by the pobblebonks and the Victorian illustrations of musical frogs.
All elements of the pendant are created by my hand, from the initial drawing to the application of a light patina. This is a one of a kind piece that comes with a 45cm sterling silver chain. Ready to go.
